Shipping & Handling Information

Advantage Marketing usually ships orders for in-stock items by United Parcel Service within two business days of receipt. We will notify you by e-mail if your shipment will be delayed.

Shipping charges for single-destination orders are based on the dollar-value of the order and the type of delivery service you specify:

* Standard Delivery Service: shipments to one location within the United States will arrive in 1 to 5 business days depending upon distance from Ashland, Ohio. See note below on International shipments. Add $8.95 for each additional split-shipment address.

** Overnight Delivery: shipments to one location within the United States will arrive by 3:00 PM on the next business day. See note below on International shipments. Add $28.95 for each additional split-shipment address.

Note: All shipments are FOB Ashland, Ohio. United Parcel Service, or the carrier you specify, is solely responsible for delivery compliance. In case of damaged or lost shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with UPS or the specified carrier. Advantage Marketing will supply tracking numbers when requested.

International Shipments

Please contact Advantage Marketing for ordering information about International Shipments. Advantage Marketing will ship orders to destinations outside the United States subject to import restrictions, duties and taxes. Orders shipping outside the United States will be quoted and processed on an individual basis. Please contact Advantage Marketing with your requirements.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased by Ohio residents or Ohio businesses will have Ohio sales taxes added to the total value of merchandise, shipping and handling.

Orders purchased by North Carolina residents or North Carolina businesses will have North Carolina sales taxes added to the total value of merchandise, shipping and handling. If you are a resident of Catawba or Mecklenburg county in North Carolina, please contact Advantage Marketing regarding sales tax.

Orders purchased by Tennessee residents or Tennessee businesses will have Tennessee sales taxes added to the total value of merchandise, shipping and handling.

Returns

Advantage Marketing wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A $25.00 service charge plus a 15% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned goods. Goods damaged in transit require the buyer to file a claim with the carrier.

Revisions and Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be revised or cancelled within 24 hours without penalty.

Revisions or cancellations to custom orders may only be made with the agreement of Advantage Marketing. Cancellations will result in billing for work completed to that point.

Custom Orders

All the items shown on this on-line store (and thousands of other items too!) can be custom ordered with the name or logo of your organization or business. Call or e-mail Advantage Marketing for a free quotation that includes creation of artwork, set-up costs and pricing/quantity details.

Site Security

Advantage Marketing works to protect your personal information through the use of Verisign® encryption technology. Sensitive data is kept on-hand only long enough to process your purchase and is protected by our corporate Advantage Marketing firewall.

Browser Requirements

Our Online Store has been developed to be work optimally with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 and up, Mozilla Firefox 2 and up, Google Chrome, Opera 8 and up, and the latest version of Safari for Macintosh. The older the browser, the less reliable.
